ITALIAN SUPREME DRESSING 
1 1/3 c. salad oil (canola is best)
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. low sodium salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, minced very fine

In a jar with a tight lid combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery salt, pepper, dry mustard, paprika and garlic. Shake vigorously. Chill. Shake again just before serving. Makes 1 3/4 cups. Serve over spinach, lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
