STUFFED ORANGES 
6 oranges
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 egg white
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cut a slice from the top of each orange. Carefully remove pulp. Discard all membrane. Mix all ingredients except egg and sugar. Refill shells. Beat egg white until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Pile on top of oranges. Brown in 375 degree oven. Serve hot.
