SIX O'CLOCK SWIRLS WITH STUFFED
ORANGES
 
1 lb. ground ham
1 egg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. well drained crushed pineapple
2 c. mashed seasoned potatoes
2 c. cooked ham
2 c. peas
1 can whole kernel corn, cooked
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. cooking oil

STUFFED ORANGES:

4 med. oranges
1/4 c. well drained sliced maraschino cherries
2 tbsp. honey

Combine ham, egg, cloves and pineapple. Pt out into a rectangle 1/2 inch thick on waxed paper. Spread potatoes evenly over meat and roll up. Cut into 1 inch slices, place peas and corn in bottom of broiler pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cooking oil. Broil 5 inches from broiler unit for 10 minutes. Cut oranges in half and scoop out pulp. Mix pulp with cherries and fill orange shells. Dribble some honey over each half. Turn meat and place oranges on rack. Continue broiling 8 to 10 minutes.

Serves 8.
