JIMMY CARTER CAKE 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. chopped peanuts
1 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
Milk chocolate, shaved

Mix together butter, peanuts and flour. Press into a 7 x 11 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Whip together cream cheese, Cool Whip, powdered sugar and peanut butter. Put on first layer after it has cooled. Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding, milk and put on second layer. Then add Cool Whip over the top with milk chocolate, shaved.
