GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1/4 lb. bacon (crumbled)
1 diced onion
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
6 med. potatoes
1/2 tsp. parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper

Peel, dice and cook potatoes and drain. Fry bacon and onion until light brown. Crumble bacon. Heat vinegar, water and sugar. Pour over hot potatoes, along with bacon and onion. Fold in mayonnaise, parsley, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika.
