FUDGE 
2 (10 oz.) cans evaporated milk
4 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
18 oz. chocolate chips
1 lb. chopped walnuts

Step 1: In five quart pan, bring item 1 & 2 to a vigorous boil; stir constantly for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Add items 3 through 6 (with 6 being last). Turn off heat, but leave pan on same burner. Continue stirring until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Add item 7 and stir in.

Step 4: Pour into buttered dish (approximately 9 x 15 inch).
