PORK WITH SHREDDED CABBAGE 
1 1/2 lb. pork steak
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. rice wine
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. shredded cabbage
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut pork into match stick size pieces. Mix pork with sugar, salt, wine and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Let stand 10 minutes. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet or wok. Stir fry cabbage for 1 minutes and remove from pan. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in wok and stir fry pork and garlic for 3 minutes. Add cabbage, pepper and remaining soy sauce. Cover and cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
