TACO SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 lb. browned ground beef
1 lg. tomato, cubed
1/2 red onion, diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. plain tortilla chips, semi-crushed

Toss all above together. Add room temperature dressing just before serving.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
