HAM SAUCE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. whipped cream

Combine all ingredients, except whipped cream. Cook until thick. Cool, add whipped cream. Serve with ham loaf or boiled ham. May be easily doubled or enlarged to serve large group. Serves 8-10.
