CREAMY BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. instant potato flakes
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook broccoli according to directions on package, omitting salt. Put undrained broccoli in blender or food processor container.

In same saucepan, heat milk and butter (do not boil). Stir in instant potato flakes and onion. Add milk mixture to broccoli and process briefly. Return to saucepan; add broth and salt. Simmer 10 minutes on low heat. Makes 6, 1/2 cup servings.
