CREAMY BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerettes
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 c. half & half
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 c. grated cheese

Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onion; cook until soft. Add flour and stir 2 minutes. Gradually stir in broth. Slowly bring to a boil. Mix in broccoli, milk, half & half, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Return to boil Thin with more broth is needed. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
