TASTY CORN SALAD 
1 can whole kernel yellow corn, drained
1 can whole kernel white corn, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix and set aside. Combine sugar, vinegar, and garlic powder. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables. Toss gently. Cover tightly and chill 8 hours or overnight.
