LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. butter, melted
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 c. coconut

Combine flour and confectioners' sugar. Add melted butter. Mix well. Spread mixture in a greased 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Stir eggs and sugar together.

Combine 1/4 cup flour and baking powder. Add to sugar mixture. Stir in lemon juice and coconut. Pour over baked crust. Return to oven. Bake 30 minutes. Cool and glaze.

GLAZE:

1 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
3-4 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend sugar and lemon juice together. Pour over baked mixture. Cut into bars. Makes approximately 2 dozen. Can substitute orange juice instead of lemon juice.
