LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 (18 1/2 oz.) box yellow cake mix
2 eggs, divided
1/3 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut, optional

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly; reserve 1 cup mixture for topping. Pat remaining mixture lightly into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and egg until light and smooth. Spread over partially baked layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut and reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into bars.

Glaze:

Combine powdered sugar, water and lemon juice. Drizzle over cooled bars.
