LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 Duncan Hines pudding recipe yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and remaining egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool and cut into bars or squares.
