LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
3 c. flour
4 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix well and spread into a small cookie sheet with at least 1/2 inch sides. Press down firmly. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

Beat 4 eggs. Add:

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. coconut

Spread evenly over hot crust. Bake for 20 minutes, 350.

GLAZE:

4 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. powdered sugar
Juice and rind (grated) from 2 lemons

Mix and spread over warm bars lightly. Make it like a glaze. I usually don't use all of this.
