VELVEETA CHEESE FUDGE 
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. butter
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. pecans

Melt first 3 ingredients in double boiler. Sift together sugar and cocoa. Add to melted mixture. Stir in pecans. Pour into buttered dish and cool. Store in refrigerator.
