EASY BAKED BEANS | |
4 slices bacon 2 tbsp. bacon drippings 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 (1 lb.) can pork and beans 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. mustard Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Save 2 tablespoons drippings. Cook onion in drippings until tender. Add onion and bacon to beans. Then add brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Mix well. Bake uncovered in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. |
