STRAWBERRY ANGEL TORTE 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 c. whipping cream
1 (10 inch) angel food cake, broken into pieces

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add strawberries and mix gently. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat cream and fold into Jello mixture. Loosely arrange angel food pieces in bottom of 9x13 inch greased pan. Cover with gelatin mixture. Refrigerate. Top with whipped cream and a strawberry, if desired.
