WASSAIL PUNCH | |
6 c. apple cider or juice 1 cinnamon stick 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 c. honey 1 tsp. lemon rind 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 can unsweetened pineapple juice (1 lb. 4 oz. size) Heat cider and cinnamon stick in large pan. Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered 5 minutes longer. Keep hot over low heat or heat in small batches as guests arrive. Makes 20 cups. |
