CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. flour
2 med. onions
1 can tomato sauce
1-2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. celery
1/4 tsp. sweet pepper
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Parsley to taste

Brown beef, remove to dish, add flour and brown. Add chopped onions. Cook until soft. Add tomato sauce, simmer 20-30 minutes. Return meat to pan. Add water, about 1 inch above meat. Add more, if needed, during cooking. Add seasonings, chili and cayenne. Simmer 1 hour or longer. Taste and correct seasoning.
