MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1 sm. chopped onion
1 jar sliced mushrooms (2 1/2 oz.)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. ketchup

Mix all together except ketchup. Make round loaf and place in pie pan (glass); cover with ketchup. Microwave medium 70% for 22-24 minutes until no longer pink. Let stand covered 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
