MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion flakes
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
Dash of pepper
1 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. catsup (for top)
1 (12 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Mix together all ingredients except cheese, mushrooms and catsup. Pour on a sheet of wax paper or foil and spread to form a 9x12 rectangle. Sprinkle cheese over meat, add mushrooms over cheese. Using wax paper or foil to start, roll meat as you do a jelly roll. Seal ends; place seam side down in 2 quart baking dish. Cook on high heat for 16 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
