CHICKEN-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 (5 to 6 lb.) chicken
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain & Wild Rice
1 lb. mild sausage
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing

Boil chicken and dice. Cook rice as directed on box. Brown sausage and pour off grease. Combine sausage, rice, mushrooms and soup.

Use buttered casserole. Make layers - chicken first - then sausage mixture and then thin layer of herb dressing (about half the package). Bake 15 to 20 minutes. (Freezes well. Prepare first 2 layers. When ready to use; thaw; add dressing and bake.)
