OLD TIMEY TEA CAKES 
1 qt. flour
3 or 4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour in a large bowl or bread tray. Round out a well in the flour. Pour 2 cups sugar in then break eggs on the sugar, milk, butter. Pour in all then mix with hands like making biscuit. Roll out and cut the cakes out or pinch off a small amount with fingers and pat out in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
