BEST BEAN DIP EVER 
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
4 oz. softened cream cheese
12 oz. sour cream
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1/2 (12 oz.) can Ortega salsa
1 (1 1/4 oz.) packet taco seasoning
1/2 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated Longhorn or Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheese in ovenproof dish. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake about 1 hour at 300 degrees. Serves 15.
