4 oz. sour cream
1 can refried beans
1 jar salsa
Bunch of scallions, chopped fine
1 block cheddar cheese, shredded
1 block jalapeno Jack cheese, shredded
Fritos or nacho chips

Combine sour cream, fried beans, salsa and scallions. Mix well. Stir in 1/2 shredded cheese (cheddar and jalapeno) and mix well. Top with remaining shredded cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Fritos or nacho chips.
