TACO BEAN DIP 
1 (31 oz.) can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
4 oz. can chopped chilies
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. jar salsa (med.)
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can med. black olives, sliced
Tortilla chips

Mix beans, chilies and taco seasoning. Spread evenly in a 9 x 13 inch dish. Blend avocado and lemon juice. Layer this over bean mixture. Spread sour cream on top. Then add lettuce, cheese, salsa and sliced olives. Serve with chips.
