GREEN PEAS WITH CELERY AND BLACK
OLIVES
 
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. diced celery
2 pkgs. frozen peas
1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. tarragon, crushed

Melt butter in skillet. Add celery and peas. Cover and cook using temperature control on surface of range set at 250 degrees for 10 minutes or until peas are just tender. Stir once or twice during cooking to break peas apart. Add sliced olives and seasonings before serving. Makes 6 servings.
