QUICK ENERGY PICKUPS 
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. semi-sweet miniature chocolate chips
1/2 c. instant non-fat dry milk
3 tbsp. water
Graham cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients, except cracker crumbs. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in graham cracker crumbs until coated. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until firm. Flaked coconut or chocolate sprinkles maybe used instead of graham cracker crumbs. Makes approximately 2 dozen.
