CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. semi- sweet chocolate chips
2 c. chunky pecan pieces

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients, except the chocolate chips and nuts on medium speed until well blended. Add chips and nuts.

Bake until lightly browned. Cool slightly before removing to a wire rack.
