HOT BUTTERED RUM MIX 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 c. vanilla ice cream, softened (1 pt.)
Rum
Boiling water

In a small mixing bowl beat together butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon until well combined. Beat in softened ice cream. Turn mixture into a 4 cup freezer container, seal and freeze (will not freeze solid). To serve, spoon about 1/3 cup of mixture into a mug; add 1 jigger of rum and 1/2 cup boiling water; stir well and enjoy.
