TRANSPARENT PIE 
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated cream
1/4 tsp. vinegar

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and milk. Add 1 tablespoon of flour, vanilla and vinegar. Bake at 450 degrees until brown on top. This should take 10 minutes. Cook at 300 degrees until firm, 30 to 35 minutes.
