SAUSAGE CASSEROLE FLORENTINE | |
1 onion, minced 1 lb. sausage 1 c. cooking sherry (optional) 2 lbs. French bread 3 pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed slightly 6 eggs, slightly beaten Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook onion and sausage until browned. Break bread into bite sized pieces; add to sausage with remaining ingredients in large casserole dish, and bake 30 minutes. |
