SAUSAGE SUPPER SOUP 
1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced celery
1 (20 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 c. dry spinach noodles
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
6 c. beef stock
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. dry white wine
3 c. shredded cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In large saucepot, lightly brown sausage. Remove and drain on paper towel. Drain off fat from saucepot. Place all remaining ingredients and sausage in saucepot, except cabbage, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Add cabbage and cook about 15 minutes longer or until desired doneness. Add seasonings. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese. Makes 8 servings.
