HAM & CAULIFLOWER AUGRATIN 
2 pkgs. frozen cauliflower
8 slices bacon or ham
1 (9 inch) or 4 individual pie crusts
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Arrange ham and cauliflower attractively in the 9 inch crusts. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Then blend in the milk; cook, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Stir in the grated cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over cauliflower and ham. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
