SOUR CREAM AND POTATO SALAD 
4 c. cooked potatoes, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix celery, onion, and potatoes together and chill. Add eggs. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl and blend well. Add potatoes to mixture in large bowl and mix well. Chill overnight or for several hours. Serves 6-8.
