4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. coconut

Put all ingredients in blender and beat at high speed 3 minutes. Pour in large greased pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Inside may wiggle and top crust should be brown.)
