3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. liquid cooking oil
2 jars baby food (plum, apricots, banana, or applesauce)
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with solid Crisco and flour well. Pour batter into pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
