CAVIAR-EGG MOLD 
1 env. gelatin in 2 tbsp. water
1 med. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 hard boiled eggs, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. pepper
Dash salt
3 oz. black caviar (Danish)

Mix all ingredients except caviar. When well mixed add caviar. Put in well oiled dish or mold. Refrigerate 6 hours. Serve on bed of lettuce and sprinkle a little grated egg on top and add a little parsley.
