WHOLE CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lg. red Jello (short on water, soft set)
1 bag washed cranberries
Juice of 3 oranges
1 1/2 tsp. ground orange peel
1 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

Put all ingredients, except Jello, in a food processor. Process on medium to high with a steel blade. Add Jello and process a few seconds longer. Jar and refrigerate. Keeps for about 6 weeks. A pleasant tasty change from canned cranberry sauce.
