DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of celery salt
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
Paprika

Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and place in bowl. Using a fork, mash yolks until they are as fine crumbs. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, celery salt, and pickle relish and blend well.

Fill the hollows of the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with the paprika and garnish with parsley, if desired. Chill before serving. Yield: 1 dozen.
