SEASONED APPLE STUFFING 
3 c. dry cubed bread
2 tart med.-sized apples, peeled and diced
1/3 c. seedless raisins
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1/4 c. hot water

Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly until bread is evenly moistened. Stuff pork chops, roasting chicken, duck or spread between sheets of spareribs. Roast as usual. Yields 2 cups stuffing.
