SUMMER FRUIT SALAD 
1 cantaloupe, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 unpeeled apple, cubed
2 peaches, peeled and cut into wedges
2 bananas, sliced int 1/4-inch slices
1 c. strawberries (halves)
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted

Layer fruit in a large bowl in order given. Spoon orange juice concentrate on top. Cover and chill for 6 to 8 hours.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
