PEACHY ORANGE RING 
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Drain peaches, reserve juice; add enough water to juice to measure 1 1/2 cups. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add 1 1/2 cups water juice mixture to dissolved Jello. Measure 1 1/4 cups liquid Jello and pour into a 6 cup Jello mold. Chill until set but not firm. Chill remaining Jello until thickened. Arrange 7 to 10 peach slices on set Jello in mold, press down gently almost to bottom of mold; chill.

Dice remaining peach slices. Add diced peaches, celery and nuts to thickened Jello. Spoon this mixture into mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Serves 10.
