CHERRY-CHEESE PIE 
1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 can cherry, blueberry or strawberry pie filling mix

Place cracker crumbs in pie pan; add butter and sugar. Mix well. Press against bottom and side of pan. Whip cream until stiff; add cream cheese. Beat until smooth; beat in powdered sugar. Pour into cracker crust. Spread evenly with pie filling mix. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Yield: 6 servings.
