BARBECUE SAUCE FOR BEEF OR PORK 
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. water
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard, dry
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Melt butter. Add onion and cook until brown. Add other ingredients and cook 20 minutes. Add to either 3 pounds of pork or beef.
