1/2 c. butter
3 c. crushed vanilla wafers
2 c. milkpkg. instant vanilla pudding
3-4 fresh peaches, sliced
1 pkg. Dream Whip or Cool Whip

Mix butter and crushed wafers. Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup milk, add pudding mix and remaining milk slowly. Line pan with 3/4 of crust mixture. Add pudding mixture, sliced fruit, whipped cream. Sprinkle with rest of crumb mixture. Refrigerate.
