WHOLE WHEAT MUFFINS | |
1/2 c. oil 2 eggs 1 c. bananas, mashed (2 lg.) 1/2 c. honey 1/2 sm. carton yogurt 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. whole wheat flour 1 sm. can crushed pineapple (unsweetened) 1 raw apple, grated Place paper cups in muffin pans (24). In mixer bowl, combine oil, eggs, banana and honey. Mix yogurt and baking soda. Add to mixture. Cream well. Add flour, mixing until blended. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. |
