VEGGIE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (hot, if preferred)
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix Cheez Whiz and mayonnaise. Stir in to vegetables.

TOPPING:

1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter

Bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
